This corresponds to the selection of the shipyards, shipyards and service companies that meet the minimum conditions to successfully carry out the project, the drafting of tender conditions – which generally includes: plan with the description of the work, technical specifications, documents, characteristics of the technical inspection of the work, sea trials and reception, price, delivery date, guarantee, form of payment, penalties for non-compliance and everything necessary for the proper execution of a project and, finally, advice to the client for the award of the project once all the offers have been reviewed and evaluated.
